COVID safe venues
We have developed our COVID Safe practices to maximise the safety of everyone that enters our venues. The pandemic has required us to revisit how we operate at our venues to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Things may look a little different, but we are dedicated to the following guiding principles during the show.
Safety First: We are committed to maximising the safety of our venues and workplaces and mitigate risks of community transmission for the safety and welfare of our guests, contractors, and all those involved with our businesses.
Customer Service: We will continue to deliver exceptional customer service for our clients and patrons, recognising the new conditions to provide a safe experience.
We are dedicated to delivering world class and high-quality entertainment in the new COVID safe environment.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.
Please do not attend the venue if you have been unwell, have recently returned from an identified hotspot or have been advised to isolate by DHHS. Please stay home if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, in isolation as a result of a COVID-19 diagnosis or awaiting COVID-19 test results or are in quarantine as a returning international traveller or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
Ticket exchanges are available.
Undertake good hand and respiratory hygiene, and wear a mask if you wish, masks are no longer mandatory during the performance.
You can play a part in maintaining a COVID safe venue. Make use of the hand sanitiser that will be available throughout the venue, and sneeze or cough into your elbow.
Practice good physical distancing where possible.
Where it’s practical to do so, please ensure that you keep your distance when queuing and moving throughout the foyers and show room.
The show room will be seated in our standard layout, capped at 1 person to 2 square metres, or as permitted by government advice at the time of the performance. If there are changes to this advice, alternative arrangements will be made closer to the performance date.
If a performance is cancelled: Your tickets will be transferred to a new performance or refunded. We aim to provide a COVID Safe Space for you to enjoy Impossible Occurrences.
